Arizona Dept of Health and Human Services (ADHS) Announces
Update On The Progress Of The Implementation Of Proposition 203
Flash: November 16, 2010

The Arizona Department of Health and Human Services (
ADHS) reported on Monday that work has begun to set up the electronic database to track medical marijuana patients and their dispensaries.
(
ADHS) Director Will Humble said in a recent interview that he expects the agency will be ready to begin the process of reviewing applications by April 2011 from Arizona citizens who want to use medicinal marijuana as medicine on the recommendation of their primary care physician.
Further, all non-profit entities who wish to operate one of the estimated 124 dispensaries on tap for the State of Arizona by way of the passage of Proposition 203 in November 2010 are encouraged to start the process of entity formation.
The program should be fully functional by later in the summer of 2011 when the dispensaries have had time to grow and flower their plants.

Flash: November 17, 2010
The 'Arizona Cannabis Dispensary' (Non-Profit), an Arizona proprietorship, announces a marketing affiliation with the ' Arizona Cannabis Dispensary Information Library ' (
ACDIL) in a joint effort to secure a cannabis dispensary for the Phoenix, Arizona SMSA under valid Arizona Prop 203 Guidelines.
Robert Hempaz, PhD. Trichometry™ has announced donations to cover the cost of the upcoming Arizona Department of Health and Human Services (
ADHS) Medical Marijuana Dispensary application fee are now being accepted via
PayPal.
The donation initiative calls for a separate operating division and as such all proceeds from the current
PayPal secure donation campaign will be 'earmarked' to cover the (
ADHS) application fee.
Additional funds received will benefit the start up while the ongoing operating costs of maintaining a state of the art cannabis medicine manufacturing and grow facility for physician referred medical marijuana patients will be funded from internally generated 'non-profit' sales of high medicinal grade cannabis buds, and other ancillary items recommended by our team of referring physicians.
Please donate $5 USD today to help cover the cost of the (
ADHS) application fee.
By the terms of the
MPP initiative so approved by Arizona voters in November 2010, the application fee required to obtain a 'Medical Marijuana Dispensary' license in the State of Arizona cannot exceed $5,000.
In the event the (
ACDNP) or the (
ACDIL) receives in excess of a thousand $5 USD donations, marketing campaign proceeds will then be 'earmarked' to help cover the start up costs of opening and maintaining a fully licensed quality controlled facility in Maricopa County, Arizona USA.
Funds will also be needed to pay for the initial round of hybrid planting seeds that will be required to propagate a medicinal and well balanced (CBD) - (THC) accession group of cannabis mother plants to clone forward at our proposed dispensary garden.
